Enterprise Support: Within 6 hours everyday

Our website will be adding a Resources Section with documentation, tutorials, and guides to help you get started (TBD).
Is support available 24/7?
Depending on your Support Plan, we typically respond to support requests based on the following SLAs:
Basic: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5pm (Mountain Time, US)
Enterprise: 24 (hours a day) x 7 (days a week) x 365 (all year)
